Watching the birds
SnapHappyWanderer I love to feed the birds in my garden, this year I set up a camera so I can see who visits during the day its been great fun ❤️ I’m in the process of adding a garden birdwatch page where I will upload all of the footage.

Heron stalking
I saw this heron in a pond in a caravan park in Cumbria, he seemed really tame so I took the opportunity to get some close ups.
He seems quite content to pace up and down and pose for me. Absolutely made my day.
Grey Heron in flight
I saw this heron on holiday in the lake district, its actually taking off and flying away from me, probably because it was fed up with me stalking it. The grey overcast day made the images look positively jurassic, they almost look faked but I can assure you they’re not.
