Drive Out to Gawthorpe Hall
Took a drive to test the dogs new travel medication, it didn’t work he was still a neurotic nightmare back to the drawing board.
Chatsworth
If you only visit one country house in your life Chatsworth house near Bakewell is an absolute must. These shots were taken 2 years ago but it’s on my bucket list to go back and spend a good few days there to have time to see it all properly.
Heron stalking
I saw this heron in a pond in a caravan park in Cumbria, he seemed really tame so I took the opportunity to get some close ups.
He seems quite content to pace up and down and pose for me. Absolutely made my day.
Printworks Manchester
Took my camera in to Manchester for a repair,wandered into here for lunch. Cool little place near Victoria Station that feels like a street at night.
Grey Heron in flight
I saw this heron on holiday in the lake district, its actually taking off and flying away from me, probably because it was fed up with me stalking it. The grey overcast day made the images look positively jurassic, they almost look faked but I can assure you they’re not.
Spring has Sprung
One of my favourite things about spring is the abundance of flowers all fresh and beautiful before the weather and tiny beasties start to ravish them.

Hello world! One of my happy places…
Lytham is one of my favourite places for a day out, pack a picnic, table and chairs in the car 40 minutes drive and we’re on the beach front. Apart from car parking we don’t need to spend any money all day if we don’t want to, but there’s usually fish and chips involved before we go home.
